General Information

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (being that this is the minimum package which is subject to refund), we cannot offer a full refund or exchange for the cancelled subscription.

In order to make a refund, the error must be corroborated in the system at the time of payment, provided that the user has contacted the support of the XFilms-Peru page (through the relevant email soporte@xfilms-peru.com or the Whatsapp number in the Contact section of the Home Page if he/she is from Peru) and has not been able to solve the problem.

We remind you that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you accept our purchase, security and refund policy, so once accepted, you will not be able to ignore this agreement in case you have omitted to read this section.

Packages subject to non-refund:

- Paper Edition (1-day subscription).

To complete your refund on all other subscriptions, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of communication to the above means.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your refund request, we will send you an email (or whatsapp message if necessary) to notify you that we have received your request to take the best solution for you, or the one you require in any case. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your reimbursement for that respective medium.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days, which may be subject to longer delays due to your original banking institution or holidays other than those present in the jurisdiction of the XFilms-Peru site (which is covered by your custodian of record address).

Overdue or non-received refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account. After that, contact your credit card issuer. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at soporte@xfilms-peru.com or through the contact on the home page, but we remind you that even if you have requested the refund, once it has been made it may be subject to external factors for which you should contact your bank to check the status of your refund (these factors are briefly referred to above).

Sale items

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes

If you wish to purchase a larger package than the one you originally purchased, you must wait until the package you originally purchased is completed before upgrading to the package of your choice. The same means, it is not subject to refund the change of a package originally purchased, and even more having accepted the terms and conditions of the same.

In no case you will be able to request a change to a package less than the one you originally purchased.
